What time does my bus arrive at a particular stop?
| All Grenda timetables give approximate timings for certain bus stops and most major destinations. These timings are carefully calculated by our planning department and are designed to take into account average traffic flow on a particular service. However, unforeseen circumstances can cause traffic flow to fluctuate and thus make the bus run late. In case your watch or clock is a bit different to ours, you should arrive at your pickup point 5 minutes prior to its scheduled departure. Timetable information can be found in the Timetable section of the site.

The timetable doesn''t give me my time for my stop or even show it on the timetable map, so how do I know when to catch the bus?
| All Grenda timetables give approximate timings for certain bus stops and most major destinations. However, there will be other stops between two points on the timetable map which aren''t shown. To avoid missing the bus, we recommend that you be at your stop at the time stated for the closest point prior to your stop. For example:
|
| If you wanted to catch a bus at the stop shown on the map as a yellow star, we suggest you arrive at the stop at the departure time for Dandenong Station (1 on map) to ensure you do not miss the bus. You might allow a couple of minutes for the bus to travel to your stop, but if there are no pickups on the way, that might mean you could miss it. Timetable information can be found in the Timetable section of the site.

I''ve lost something on one of your buses. What should I do?
| If something is left on one of our buses, it is usually reported by the driver when he or she checks the bus at the end of the trip and then handed in to the control room at the depot at the finish of his shift. If you have left an item on one of our buses, please call your closest depot and they will be able to contact the driver of the bus on which you were traveling, and get him to have a look for it. If the item has been found, the driver will bring it back to the depot with him/her and place it in a Lost Property cabinet for pickup. Any lost property is the sole responsibility of its owner. Grenda cannot be held liable, and is not responsible for any damage or tampering that may occur on any item left on one of our buses. Depot Contact details can be found in the Contact Us section of the site.

I require a low floor bus to travel on. When are they available?
| A significant proportion of our fleet is now low floor and most of the Grenda timetables indicate which trips will be done by a low floor bus. If you require a low floor bus to travel at some other time, you should take the following steps:
- Work out which depot is associated with the route you wish to take
- Phone the depot in question at least one hour prior to you catching the bus. Click here for Depot Contact Details
- Ask to speak with the Operations Co-Ordinator and they will organise for a low floor bus, or advise you of the best alternative option.
