All of our buses are fitted with communication technology so drivers can keep in contact with the depot and vice versa. Our drivers also carry mobile phones for further communication use. Using this communication strategy ensures the smoothest running of all of our route services.
At Grenda, we realise the importance of optimising the performance of our route services for passenger comfort and safety. In the unlikely event of vehicle breakdown or driver illness, we can respond and mobilise replacement drivers or vehicles from the nearby depots at short notice. We have dedicated Human Relations Managers and Training Managers at Grenda for recruiting, inducting and training people according to the stated goals and objectives of the organisation. We proactively monitor emissions and regularly use our preventative maintenance program which often exceeds recommended levels of service as specified by our vehicle manufacturers.
